The fresh air ventilator is designed and developed based on the principle of creating a "fresh air flow field" indoors when one side supplies air and the other side introduces air in a closed room. It relies on mechanical air supply and induced draft to force the formation of a new airflow field within the system. It is a new type of environmentally friendly electrical appliance that constantly maintains clean and fresh indoor air. This independent indoor air replacement and purification circulation system can eliminate indoor polluted air while inputting natural fresh air. The fresh air entering the room is first filtered, sterilized, heated, and oxygenated.
The working principle of heat exchange for fresh air ventilators
Note: In order to easily arrange the airflow channels inside the machine and reduce the overall volume, this machine adopts a cross flow static, flat plate heat exchanger.
That is, the movement directions of the hot and cold airflow are perpendicular to each other. The airflow in the heat exchanger belongs to the convective heat transfer property within the turbulent boundary. Therefore, its heat exchange is very sufficient and can achieve high exchange efficiency.
